Item general properties
The general properties contain the items name, description, service category, service type, owner, creation date and modification date.
Property settings
| Name | Items name or items presentation name. |
| Description | Items description or items presentation description. |
| Owner | The person that created the item. |
| Creation date | The date the item was created. |
| Modification date | The date the item was last modified. |
| Service category | Presents the items logic/service category. |
| Service type | Presents the items logic/service. |
